● How much does it cost to work with Double Eagle Promotions?
We do not charge anything for our initial or follow up consultations. The only bill you will receive is for the products you purchase.
● How far in advance do I need to place my order?
For tournament services we recommend that you start planning four months prior to your scheduled golf tournament/event. For general branded merchandise we recommend that you start brainstorming six – eight weeks prior to your scheduled event. This is an estimated timeline to make sure that you have ample time to find the best product(s) for your event.
● What vendors do you work with?
We work with a variety of vendors. Major vendors include, but are not limited to: Leed’s, Glass America, Rainkist, Apollo, Cutter & Buck, SanMar, TaylorMade, Ball Pro, Pro Golf and many more. ● Is there a minimum order requirement?
Different vendors require different minimum order amounts; therefore, this number will vary depending on the product(s) purchased.
● Can I put my logo on any product?
Yes, your logo can be incorporated onto any of our products. In addition, we can also integrate duel logos, as well as products without logos for your events.
● Will I see my product before the final order is placed?
There are several services that are available to you during the brainstorming process. A virtual proof, pre-production sample(s) (including your logo) or general sample(s) can be ordered to give you an idea of how your end product will look.
● What if something is wrong with my customized product?
Double Eagle Promotions will work with you to find a mutually beneficial solution, and ensure that you are satisfied with the end result.
